Private Sector

Private Sector as Fiduciary to Taxpayers and Consumers.

First Amendment

Pierce the Corporate Veil for Abuses of Free Speech; Impose Fiduciary Duty on Corporate Speakers

Pollution clean-up. Income deferral pending restitution.

Debt for corporate pollution clean-up not dischargeable in bankruptcy
Pollution as non-dischargeable. Bankruptry should not discharge pollution clean-up costs.

Busted Pelican Law.  Income Deferral  During Industry Damage Events.
Income deferral until all pollution damages paid.
